The problem arrives at the door
Most dirt in a building walks in, and where construction traffic surrounds a premises the volume rises sharply. It is carried on footwear, blown through open doors and deposited on external glass by wind and passing vehicles. Cleaning it after it has spread across the floor is the expensive approach; intercepting it at the entry is far cheaper and considerably more effective and it is where a small amount of extra attention does the most work.
Ask each provider what they would do about the entrance specifically. Matting of adequate length, more frequent attention to the entry area, and a shorter interval on the glass will usually achieve more than adding time across the whole floor. A provider whose answer is simply to increase the overall frequency has not thought about where the material is coming from and will be spreading it across the building rather than stopping it.
