Large accounts have attention built into them. Somebody visits, somebody reviews, somebody notices when standards move. Ask about the cleaner as well. On a small site the individual is the whole arrangement, so knowing who they are, how long they have been with the provider and who covers their absence matters more here than at a large premises with a crew. A provider who can name the person and describe the relief plan has thought about the site properly and can tell you how long that person has been servicing similar sites.

For a small, infrequent requirement, an individual operator often provides better attention than a larger company, simply because your site is a meaningful share of their work. The trade-off is relief cover, equipment range and the fact that the arrangement depends entirely on one person's continued availability and health Weigh that dependence against the attention you would receive in return, since both are real and neither factor should be assumed from the size of the business alone.

A company offers structure and continuity and may treat your site as a minor commitment. Neither is automatically right.
