Three ways floor machinery reaches your site
A provider may own the machine outright and keep it at your premises or bring it each visit. They may hire it per occasion from an equipment supplier. Or they may subcontract the entire floor programme to a specialist who arrives with their own plant. Each arrangement produces a different cost structure and a different level of certainty about when the work will actually happen.
Owned equipment on site removes the scheduling dependency and usually suits a large floor cleaned frequently. Hired equipment suits periodic work and keeps capital out of the price, but it introduces a booking that can slip. Subcontracted floor care can be excellent, though it adds a party who is not managing your site day to day and whose priorities on any given week are not yours.
