If a provider lists an address in your suburb, ask what is at it. The answer is often a virtual office or nothing at all, and knowing that changes how you read the rest of their material and how much weight to place on the coverage they claim.

Ask Clean Best who would attend your premises and who would supervise them. Ask what we would exclude, what we would decline to take on, and what would change the price in the first year. Then compare the answers with the ones you receive elsewhere.
